Working with 35+ lenders across PSU banks, private banks and NBFCs, he manages the full lifecycle from credit positioning to disbursement, and is known for taking complex cases to closure.

Debt service coverage ratio (DSCR)
DSCR tells a lender whether your cash flow can carry the debt you are asking for. It divides the cash available for debt service by the principal and interest falling due in the same period. Lenders check it year by year and on average over the loan, and it often decides how much you can borrow and over how many years.
